Multiple Laserdisc Options: Arthur works with the original Laserdisc players used in Dragon's Lair and Space Ace: Pioneer LD-V1000 or PR-7820.
Arthur works with the newer Pioneer industrial Players: LD-V8000, LD-V4400.
And Arthur works with the Dexter Laserdisc Replacement Player.
Multi-Game Board: Arthur has Merlin built in, so the ROMs are included with the single main board. No add-on ROM board is needed.
Arthur comes with Game play ROMs for Dragon's Lair, Dragon's Lair II, Space Ace, Cliffhanger and Super Don Quixote.
You can change the game software directly from the control panel without re-starting the machine.
Arthur communicates with the Dexter player to change the laserdisc for you, delivering a fully automatic multi-game experience.
Improvements from the original board: Arthur has the Merlin player-upgrade board built in.
Arthur includes an integrated Annunciator Board for Space Ace, allowing the skill selection buttons to be connected directly to the main board.
Arthur includes an integrated volume control for the game's feedback sounds, and uses a modern stereo amplifier for hum-free hi-fi sound.
Arthur's factory ROM versions are bug free, and include new options for skill selection and single coin play.

Preferred Models: Pioneer LD-V8000, LD-V4400, LD-V4300D
Acceptable, but not recommended: Pioneer LD-V4200, LD-V2200, CLD-V2600, CLD-V2400, LD-V1000, PR-7820
Arthur also works with all player conversion boards: LaserAce, Hi-Tech, and the LaserCon LDP Converter.
